Submit only original material.
When you submit your essay, we will use it as a reference for our review process. If we publish your work, you agree that all rights in and related to the submitted material will revert to you. This means that if someone else wants to use any portion of your essay for publication purposes, they must ask permission from you and me before doing so.
This policy applies regardless of whether or not I have published anything related to Covid Test previously; however, it applies only if I publish such work myself (i.e., not through another publication).
Remember that all submissions are subject to editing and that the information you submit may be used for publication.

The Hawaii Council of Writers is a nonprofit organization that publishes the magazine. As such, we have guidelines for contributors and editors.
The Pacific Beach Life Magazine is a free bi-monthly publication. As such, it does not charge for its services nor the use of its content. The only way to be in control of your content is to submit it yourself! If you choose not to submit your writing and photographs, PBL will do so on your behalf.
