If you want to be the best, you have to play the game the right way.

If you want to be the best, you have to play the game the right way. You have to be good at what you do and prepared for every situation that might arise during your shift. If there’s an emergency in surgery and someone has a heart attack or gets hurt during surgery, then it’s up to me as a nurse or doctor on duty at that time—and only me—to make sure everything goes smoothly with no complications down the road. I will also have my hands full, trying not only to keep everyone safe but also to make sure everyone stays focused on what they need (or want!) done so as not to waste any more time than necessary in case things go wrong unexpectedly!

When dealing with patients who are elderly or sickly individuals who may require assistance from multiple nurses while undergoing procedures like IVs & catheters etc., having extra hands available helps tremendously when dealing with these types of situations since we don’t always know exactly how many people will show up each day until morning arrives before we even get started setting up our stations yet again despite having already been taught how much space needed by anyone else coming along later this week.”

Some people like to be the top dog in their field.

You have to be the best at what you do, or you won’t get paid. There’s no room for mediocrity in this world of competition and money.

You also need to know your stuff, which means learning everything about surgery—from deciding which patients are good candidates for specific procedures (and why) to how much time it takes per procedure (and why).

You have to play mind games with your colleagues and peers.

You have to play mind games with your colleagues and peers. To be a surgeon, you’ll have to learn to be mean, self-centered, and dishonest. It takes work!

You will also need good communication skills because surgeons must work with other people daily.

They’ll change them if you’re not playing by their rules, so you don’t win.

If your goal is to make money and get rich quickly, there are better places for you. But if your goal is something else, like helping others or changing the world positively, then Hawaii might be just what you need!

Get yourself out of your way so you can be better.

You can be the best you can be and still make a good living. You don’t need to be afraid of trying new things, failing, or asking for help. It’s no shame in asking for more money and time if you’re doing well but need to make more money. And don’t let anyone tell you that it’s only worth doing if you’re doing something else besides surgery—this is how people convince themselves that they shouldn’t try anything new because they don’t want their friends or family members thinking poorly of them (the kind of thinking that leads to depression). The truth is: the world needs more surgeons!

It can be challenging for them to accept your work if it’s new and different people.

It can be challenging for them to accept your work if it’s new and different people. For example, if you’re a surgeon and you want to do something that hasn’t been done before (like open heart surgery), then the first thing they’ll say is, “that’s crazy!” People are afraid of change, and they’re also scared of being different. They don’t like when things are not what they expect them to be in life or work because then there’s nothing left behind other than uncertainty which doesn’t make anyone happy or feels good about themselves either way!

People also don’t like being challenged by someone else with more experience than them, so they’ll often try their best while still holding onto the belief that their skills will never get better than theirs ever will, which leads us back around again…

After a few years or decades, no one will remember who did what first.

After a few years or decades, no one will remember who did what first.

People will need to remember who did what best.

People will remember who did what most efficiently.

People will remember who did what most effectively.

Whatever your goal is and however much money or prestige you want it to get you, all the money in the world won’t make you better at it.

Whatever your goal is and however much money or prestige you want it to get you, all the money in the world won’t make you better at it.

If you want to be the best surgeon, then there will be days when your patients will die because of a mistake on your part. Suppose that happens, and someone criticizes you for not being careful when performing surgery (or any other medical procedure). In that case, they’re probably just jealous of how good their job is and don’t understand how hard it can be for others not as skilled as them.

This doesn’t mean that everyone should give up trying their best no matter what happens – but if we’re going by statistics rather than personal experience here, then I’d say most people would agree with me: money isn’t everything (and even if it were).
