If there’s an emergency in surgery and someone has a heart attack or gets hurt during surgery, then it’s up to me as a nurse or doctor on duty at that time—and only me—to make sure everything goes smoothly with no complications down the road. I will also have my hands full, trying not only to keep everyone safe but also to make sure everyone stays focused on what they need (or want!) done so as not to waste any more time than necessary in case things go wrong unexpectedly!

You can be the best you can be and still make a good living. You don’t need to be afraid of trying new things, failing, or asking for help. It’s no shame in asking for more money and time if you’re doing well but need to make more money. And don’t let anyone tell you that it’s only worth doing if you’re doing something else besides surgery—this is how people convince themselves that they shouldn’t try anything new because they don’t want their friends or family members thinking poorly of them (the kind of thinking that leads to depression). The truth is: the world needs more surgeons!

They don’t like when things are not what they expect them to be in life or work because then there’s nothing left behind other than uncertainty which doesn’t make anyone happy or feels good about themselves either way!
People also don’t like being challenged by someone else with more experience than them, so they’ll often try their best while still holding onto the belief that their skills will never get better than theirs ever will, which leads us back around again…

If you want to be the best surgeon, then there will be days when your patients will die because of a mistake on your part. Suppose that happens, and someone criticizes you for not being careful when performing surgery (or any other medical procedure). In that case, they’re probably just jealous of how good their job is and don’t understand how hard it can be for others not as skilled as them.
This doesn’t mean that everyone should give up trying their best no matter what happens – but if we’re going by statistics rather than personal experience here, then I’d say most people would agree with me: money isn’t everything (and even if it were).
